Service-specific terms for reseller hosting, including end-customer responsibility, support boundaries, abuse handling and white-label use. Sections 6 (Charges and payment), 7 (Renewals and price changes), 8 (Suspension and termination) and 10 (Liability) of the Master Services Agreement apply to this Schedule.
1. Scope
1.1This Schedule applies to Reseller Hosting Services supplied by Hosting UK.
1.2Reseller Hosting Services are also subject to the Shared Hosting Services Schedule unless expressly varied by this Schedule.
2. Reseller role
2.1The Customer acts as reseller in relation to its own customers, users, clients or account holders.
2.2Hosting UK supplies the Reseller Hosting Service to the Customer only and does not have a direct contractual relationship with the Customer's end users unless separately agreed.
3. End customer responsibility
3.1The Customer is responsible for all acts, omissions, content, data, websites, applications and use of the Reseller Hosting Service by its end users.
3.2The Customer shall ensure that its end users comply with terms no less protective of Hosting UK than the Master Services Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy and this Schedule.
3.3The Customer shall indemnify Hosting UK against claims, losses, costs and liabilities arising from its end users' use of the Service.
4. Support obligations
4.1The Customer is responsible for providing first-line support to its end users.
4.2Hosting UK shall provide support to the Customer, not to the Customer's end users, unless otherwise agreed.
4.3The Customer must collect sufficient diagnostic information before escalating issues to Hosting UK.
5. Resource usage
5.1The Customer is responsible for managing resource allocation across its reseller accounts.
5.2Hosting UK may apply limits or suspend individual accounts where usage affects platform stability, security or other customers.
5.3The Customer is responsible for ensuring that packages sold to end users do not exceed the resources available under the Reseller Hosting Service.
6. Branding and white labelling
6.1Where white-label functionality is provided, the Customer is responsible for all representations, marketing claims and contractual commitments made to end users.
6.2The Customer must not represent that it can provide service levels, warranties or remedies that exceed those provided by Hosting UK.
7. Abuse and compliance
7.1The Customer shall promptly investigate and act on abuse reports relating to its end users.
7.2Hosting UK may contact the Customer with abuse reports and may require the Customer to suspend, remove or remediate offending content or accounts.
7.3Hosting UK may take direct action against an end-user account where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, network, other customers or legal compliance.
8. Billing and account control
8.1The Customer remains responsible for all Charges payable to Hosting UK irrespective of whether the Customer has received payment from its end users.
8.2Hosting UK has no obligation to release, transfer or provide access to end-user accounts directly to the end user unless required by law or agreed by the Customer.
9. Suspension and termination
9.1Suspension or termination of the Reseller Hosting Service may affect all end-user accounts under the Customer's reseller account.
9.2The Customer is responsible for communicating any suspension, termination, migration or service change to its end users.
