This is just a weird thing I’ve seen a few examples of recently. Customers who contact us saying, “Sorry – I didn’t mean to order a hosting package and domain name, it was an accident.”
How do you accidentally add a hosting package to your shopping cart, search for a domain name, add your personal information, click to agree to our Ts and Cs and then provide your credit card details? Seriously!
When I get confronted with that in a support ticket, how am I supposed to respond?
