There are two Bytemark systems we need to help you with:
We have imported relevant accounts from the Bytemark CRM system into Hosting UK to keep services operational as long as possible. This reduces the risk of disruption should the CRM system fail.

How do I access my Hosting UK Client Area?
- Visit https://billing.hostinguk.net.
- If this is your first time accessing it:
- Click the "Forgot Password?" option on the login page.
- You'll be redirected to the password reset page.
- Enter the email address associated with your Hosting UK (formerly Bytemark) account.
- Follow the instructions in the email to securely reset your password.

How do I get support or raise a ticket?
All support queries must now be submitted via your Hosting UK customer portal. Access the portal here.
How do I make payment for my services?
- Log in to your Hosting UK Client Area and add a valid payment method.
- For BACS payments, update your payment details to:

What about my VPS Virtual Server?
- Build New Virtual Machines:
- Create new virtual machines in the Hosting UK Client Area. Find detailed instructions here.
- Migrate Content from Legacy BigV:
- After provisioning your new virtual machines, migrate your content from the Legacy BigV infrastructure.
- Confirm Migration Completion:
- Notify us once your migration is complete, and we will safely close your Bytemark services.
Customers must migrate to a Hosting UK virtual server. We would love for you to stay; we have made every effort to make this process as smooth as possible. Including setting up an even more powerful solution on Hosting UK.

What about my IP addresses?
We will strive to retain the IP addresses currently used on your BigV server. Please to ensure continuation during the migration.
I have a Dedicated Server – what is the status?
Billing for your server has been moved to Hosting UK, but the physical machine remains in our York Data Centre to ensure continuity. for assistance with any queries.
I had domain names – what's happened to those?
- Your zone file has been copied to Hosting UK.
- Your nameservers have been updated.
- Manage your DNS by visiting https://billing.hostinguk.net/.
